Tomatoes are a Crop available in CityVille. It was added on March 23rd, 2011 during the Welcome Lorenzo's Family Event. When harvested, this crop has a chance of giving you collectibles towards the Tomato Collection.
It originally unlocks after completing the 
Lorenzo's Family Goal, which has now been removed.
