The Start Running With The Bulls! will allow you to create your own Running of the Bulls Event. It requires you to build a parade route with the Bull Stable at one end and the Bullring at the other. The route needs to be at least 8 road segments long, although having a longer route will allow you more time to collect from Bulls buildings. Lastly, you need to complete the 8 parade sections (see Build The Parade!) be able to start the parade.
Once the route and both buildings have been placed, you need to have 
10 Timers to start the parade. Alternatively, you can also wait 16 hours to start it.
When the parade is activated, collecting from the Running Of Bulls buildings will give you 
1 or 2 Bulls Commemorative Coins until it ends.
