The St. Patrick's Park is a 4x4 sized decoration in CityVille that was added for the St. Patrick's day event. It is a reward given when completing the goal Face Painting (the 3rd goal in the chain). It gives a 16% payout boost to both businesses and housing. Placing this decoration is a requirement for "Clovers For Ruth" (the 4th goal in the chain).
