The Spa is a 4x4 sized business available in CityVille. It is a reward obtained by checking into friends' Hotel, Sailboat Hotel, or Tonga Tower VIP rooms/tables. It is also a reward for completing the Bread Winner Goal.

It costs 8 Energy to build. Supplying it consumes 140 Goods. Collecting rent from it earns 749 Coins and a chance for collectibles towards the Silver Screen Collection. This business cannot be franchised.

The Spa has an efficiency of 5.35 coins per good.

The Spa was originally released as a reward for getting the Return to Sender, Tough Love, Love Hurts, Feather Friends, Food Fight and Secret Admirer card, in the Valentine's Day Event (2011).

The Spa is almost exactly like the Cinema. They are both 4x4 in size, reward items from the Silver Screen Collection, require the same supplies and produces the same earnings. The main difference between spas and cinemas though is that cinemas can be franchised, and spas may not be franchised.

As of November 27, 2011, the Spa can no longer be sold. Removing from your city will return it to your Inventory. On January 27, 2012, the Spa was made sellable again for 100,000 Coins unbuilt.
