The Roller Coaster is a free 8x4 Decoration, given at the start of a goal. The quest begins with the timed goal  Let It Ride! Clicking on the Coaster itself will give you the menu to upgrade it. Removal sends it back to your inventory, though you will have to rebuild it.

The Roller Coaster cannot be placed Downtown. Collecting from 'Amusement Park Buildings' will give you a random chance at one of the building materials. The more expensive ones may drop rarer Photos.

All building materials will be erased from inventory as soon as you complete a level. You can't stockpile them. For example: If you have 12 Sam Photos, and need 8 to complete a level, your total will still be reduced to zero.

Removal sends the Coaster to Inventory.
