Player really enjoyed the movie on their flight. They just wish the person sitting next to them wasn't so selfish about sharing their laptop and headphones.

You should be able to place it at one of the expansions you finished, unless you filled it with something else.

I had it, or I should say I saw it in my inventory. But now that I completed a terminal to place it I can't find it. CRAPPY!

From what I can tell it's a 15% bonus. Toronto, which pays out $950, gave me 1098...which is a little more than 15%, but close.

Yes there are. There are two kind of planes: CARGO: Paris, Barcelona, Shanghai, Tokyo, London PASSENGER: Rome, Toronto, New York, Berlin, Rio
If you have all 4 spots occupied by cargo planes you need to buy and staff Airport Terminal Extension and place there new passenger plane (buy in build menu > categoryy goods > tab: planes).
