It costs 60 Cash to buy. It gives a 60% payout boost to housing and businesses, with an additional 60% boost to Switzerland buildings. With this bonus, it makes it the highest payout boost of any decoration.
This item mirrors the Matterhorn mountain on the border between Switzerland and Italy.
At the end of December 2011, players can earn a free Matterhorn decoration after enabling new CityVille app permissions in the Facebook version of the game.
