Learning Center! Goal. This building is upgradeable to hold up to 8 Education Buildings and the building itself will also increase your population cap.
It requires

If you fill it with level 3 observatories, that adds 24000 population cap. Could be useful if your citizens are unhappy. I suspect that the event for collecting passport stamps will be over soon, so there is probably no point in storing embassies. They could wind up being worthless.

All of the embassies (except Dubai) can no longer be added to the Learning Center. I believe this was a bug before where you could add embassies. I mean seriously, an embassy is not an 'education' building! Zynga will probably fix Dubai soon enough also.

I believe the bug has been fixed - it worked for me today although there are still some people reporting on the Zynga forums that this is still an issue. Please share your experiences here!

If the goal has a time limit, you should be able to chose when to start it, and not have the counter start immediately. It's nearly over, but I can't start it because I don't have any space free for the thing, and I already have about 10 goals requiring buildings that I don't have space for.

Why is this goal expiring now? They just put it out and now they have a countdown timer on it! Not fair to me or other gamers here that have trouble getting the materials needed! There's just too many goals and at least one pops up everyday!

I'm not even brother with this I like the learning building I prefer to keep them out in the open which I believe makes my city looks better plus one lest mission.

The bug has not yet fixed till( 28/2/2012). Last two spot cant be filled.

Does it bother anyone that just like the city centre, when you place a community building in this thing, the value of that building is taken off your total city worth?!!! It does me. The worth of my city in city coin is one of the ways I measure my success. But I like the room it and the city centre free up. Why can't they make 'fix' this? We still have the buildings they are just stored after all. Does anyone else care about this issue or is it just me?

I got email saying my level 2 staff is complete, but the last 2 is not free, I think miscount it, the first 2 from level 1 is free, so a total of 6 staff is require to fill level 1 and 2, but the first helper is assigned to the first spot instead of the 3rd spot.

There is a mistake in the game that Zynga is (hopefully) working on that doesn't let you hire for the last two slots.

Very silly bugs as it would have to be the same algorithm as every other community building, should be a really simple bug to fix. But they just don't bother.

my learning centre wont load the last 2 staff needed to complete this goal so it`s useless!!

Most of my education buildings I built because they look nice, and this thing is really ugly. I'm not going to bother building it just to complete a goal.

I agree with you. Most of my education buildings are incorporated into my city design so I don't think I even have 8 extra ones to put in this center. However, I think this thing (once built to level 2 at least) looks fairly interesting so I still built it. But It takes up too much room for only holding 8

I can't seem to fill all positions in the center. I have 500+ neighbors and invited them all at least once. I know some who have accepted personally but 2 out of 8 remain on "ask". Anybody els facing the same problem?
