I'm on level 56, and I'm trying to get to the Seaport Goal. I have franchises, but not one in Sam's Town. When I click on her empty lot, it tells me I need to complete more goals. Also, I don't have Edgar's Chateau. When I click on the chateau, it tells me that I have to show Edgar my business sense. Not sure where to go from here.

I too have this problem! I have never had this challenge & it still hasnt come up! As advised I got my challenges down to under 14 (actually only have 9) but still it hasnt appeared?

p.s. does anyone help on these sites or know of a site where we can report these glitches in the game?

Im on level 63 and still dont have the seaport and thats part of the running for mayor race!

Edgars chateau isnt even in the build menu and i never saw anything that said i had to put a franchise in sams town, this is getting ugly!

Did anyone ever get this problem sovled? I'm on level 55 and still havent been Mayor or gotten this goal...

1. If you have trouble getting this goal, try to complete your other goals in your quest manager. Get it down to less than 14 and maybe this goal will appear.

2. If this still does not solve your problem, try browsing or posting in this thread for possible solutions.
