Fill'er Up is one of the goals in CityVille.

• To unwither plots, visit your neighbors and revive their withered crops (crops that turned brown).
• To increase your energy cap, supply the Dam every 12 hours and each time you get 1 extra energy. Supply until you reach the max cap of 37.
