The Empire State Building is a 4x4 sized Landmark available in CityVille. It unlocks when the city reaches a population of at least 10,000 or pay 50 City Cash. It costs 2,000,000 coins, 10 energy, and 12 Staff Members to build. When completed, your population cap is increased by 2,000. Collecting rent from it earns 1,000 coins, which is unaffected by payout boosts from decorations.
