The Eco house is a 3x3 house in Cityville released on July 11th. The cost and population were seriously lowered near May 23, 2012. This will not affect previously built Eco Houses.

It costs  750,000 Coins and takes  10 Energy to build. Once built it houses  950 Population and has a max of  1,580 Population. Rent can be collect once a day and earns  500 Coins. Collecting from the residence gives items from the Jet Setter Collection.

Old Stats: It cost  5,000,000 Coins and took  10 Energy to build. Once built it housed  2500 Population and had a max of  4,500 Population.
