The Custom Car Shop is a 4x4 community building in CityVille. It is part of the Cars feature. It can be placed from the Car Collector! goal.
When completed, this building will allow you to build cars from parts. These are obtained by clicking cars in your city or requesting from friends. Clicking on a car with a coin symbol above it does not consume energy, and gives you some number of coins and a chance at a car part. The amount of coins you get varies widely, even between the same quality of car.
The first two cars start roaming your city after completion of the Shop.
Once you build a car, you do not need to construct it again. Five of them drive away from the Car Shop on completion, and then they appear as often as any other cars you have access to.
The fill rate is how many customers the car provides when it stops at your business. So the Police Motorcycle will drop 40 customers off at a business.
