Cod Cove Island is a 10x10 island in CityVille. It can be placed from the  Fish For Compliments goal. Additional Cod Coves can be purchased from the Build Menu for  390,000 Coins. Selling one unbuilt is worth much less.

It must be placed on an already existing water expansion. You will not get a free expansion from the goal.

You must be  Level 30 to start the quest that allows building the Island.

It includes:

• The Fish Factory (works the same as the original Factory) with 4,000 Premium Goods storage.
• The 'Cod Cove Fishing Restaurant', which is time-based and fills in 5 minutes.
• A house with 280 population - which cannot be raised.

Despite mentioning an improvement in tourist flow in the game's description, there is no way to send any.
