CityVille is a real-time city simulation game created and developed by Zynga. CityVille was released on December 2nd, 2010 and is available to play on the social networking site, Facebook.
In CityVille, players attempt to develop and create their own cities. Players are then able to expand their businesses and grow their city from the ground up, through a series of goals given to you by an array of characters.
Samantha acts as a guide during the starting goals, and remains a prominent figure after.
On September 26, 2011, CityVille became available on another social platform, Google Plus. As it is a different service, the Google+ version of CityVille will not contain your old city and would be a blank slate for creating a brand new one.
CityVille Date & Time is based in the Pacific Time (PST or PDT) Zone.

Jesus. Is there anything cityville players will not complain about?? Every page on this wiki is full of comments threatening to quit or blasting Zynga for whatever that page is about. My lord, people, if you don't like the game, don't play!

im starting to get tired of cityville now. it changed so many easy features to hard one such as expansions. cityville wasn't created for fun. it was created so that zynga could earn more money. thats why they have a lot of cash items so you will eventually buy city cash with your own money. im quitting cityville by the end of the month

I'm not receiving gifts as well, which is highly frustrating. Especially when you're given a time limit on certain goals....like the new City Center!! Is there somewhere to lodge complaints to insure that we get our gifts??

I AM NOT RECIEVING ALL MY GIFTS AND HAVE SEEN ABOUT 50 ZONING PERMITS i REALLY NEED NOT BEING ADDED TO MY INVENTORY. ALL MY CREATES HAVE HIKING BOOTS IN AND i MUST HAVE HAD ABOUT 200 VERY FRUSTRATING INDEED. HAD ENOUGH NOW BORED AS I CANT EXPAND DUE TO PERMIT ISSUE. I SENT ALL MY REQUESTS YESTERDAY AND MOST REPLIED BUT I HAVE NOT GOT THE GOODS.

You Inbox is probably full, delete some things that you dont need. It can only hold 2000 items

There's got to be some kind of glitch, because my inventory is not close to full and I know for a fact people are sending gifts. It's very frustrating!
