The Cement was a material needed to complete the Hardware Store and Pyramid Skyrise. Currently, it is needed to complete the Community Pool and Ferris Wheel. Occasionally, the Hardware Store will still produce cement as a collecting bonus.
As of September 15, 2011, you will also need to use cement to upgrade the Neighborhoods. The Gated Community, Uptown Estate andFrancis Woods needs 5 cement, but the Palm Towers needs 7 of them to upgrade Block 2. All neighborhoods need 10 cement to upgrade Block 3.
The inventory can hold a maximum of 15 Cement.
