The Bird Sanctuary is a 5x5 Community Building in CityVille. It is a reward for completing the 
For The Birds! goal. (It is not the one given in the 
Caution To The Wind goal.)
It offers a payout every 18 hours, including birds needed to complete the Tree of Life.
The Sanctuary will always give a bird when collecting from it. The odds for each bird are: Parrot 35%, Blue Jay 30%, Cardinal 20%, Flamingo 10% and Goldfinch 5%.
